Perform signal integrity (SI) simulations and modeling for chip, package, and board-level interconnects, covering high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, USB, and SerDes.
Conduct power integrity (PI) analysis, including PDN modeling, decoupling capacitor optimization, IR drop, SSN, and noise evaluation.
Utilize time-domain and frequency-domain simulation tools (e.g., eye diagram analysis, crosstalk, TDR/TDT, S-parameters) for system-level analysis.
Establish and maintain SI/PI simulation methodologies, technical documentation, and best practices.
Generate detailed analysis reports and provide design recommendations to ensure performance and reliability targets are met.
Collaborate closely with IC design, package design, PCB layout, and power/system engineering teams.
Perform co-design and co-simulation across die, interposer, package, and PCB to optimize both signal and power delivery.
Support debug and root cause analysis of SI/PI-related issues during the validation and production phases.
