Job Description

:

Manage end-to-end SIRIM product certification applications (electrical/electronics, packaging, household goods, etc.). Liaise directly with SIRIM QAS and related government bodies for audits, inspections, and technical reviews. Ensure all certified products comply with the latest SIRIM, DOE, and MITI requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, test reports, and certifications in accordance with SIRIM standards. Coordinate internal and external lab testing procedures for conformity assessment. Able to travel intermittently for work-related matters. Relevant ISO certification knowledge or experience will be highly preferred Communicate with customers and external stakeholders during the customer service process Maintain and liaise with relevant government officer

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical), Science, or related technical field. At least 1-3 years experience in SIRIM-related regulatory affairs or product testing. Familiar with Malaysian Standards (MS), IEC/ISO, SIRIM QAS procedures, and MITI-related certifications. If you have knowledge and experience other than telecommunications products, will be more advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to professionally manage confidential information and documents.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
