Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma holders in equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in acquiring land use permits, site acquisitions or related fields.
• Familiar in apparatus and routine tasks in engineering works
• Knowledge of working with government agencies and jurisdictions.
• Experience with permit applications/documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with intermediate level of experience with Excel.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with tight deadlines and high volume projects.
• Willing to travel as required.

Job Scopes:

• Conduct site identification analysis, review and process of land lease.
• Able to read and interpret surveys and construction drawings.
• Assist management in reporting SAQ.
• Prepare and update site status report/database and attend client meetings as required.
• Strong management of client\xe2\x80\x99s objective to ensure scheduling, assignments and timelines are met.
• Coordinate, schedule and track site visits and field team visits with various department.
• To follow up on pending issues
• To resolve complex customer problems.
• To perform other duties as required by the company, management or assigned by immediate superior.
