Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily site admin tasks -- filing, attendance, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and records. Assist in preparing reports, delivery orders, and progress updates. Coordinate with HQ and subcontractors on documentation and logistics. Monitor site petty cash, office supplies, and related expenses. Support safety documentation and report incidents to the Safety Officer.

What we're looking for



ADiploma in Administration or related field. 1-3 years' experience in admin work, preferably in construction. Proficient in MS Office and basic record-keeping. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently at site.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
