SITE ADMINISTRATOR - Chinese ( Georgetown Area)
Responsibilities:
issue and send monthly statements to Owners.
Collect service and outgoing charges from Owners
Document and issue receipt for rental of various facilities.
Send reminders / notices to defaulters.
Issue receipts upon collection.
Manage site petty cash.
Put up notices in notice boards.
To handle general administration and typing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Good analytical mind, self-starter, and able to start work independently.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and additional languages like Mandarin , Hokkien
Attractive remuneration for suitable candidate.
Computer Literate.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
