Key Responsibilities
Project & Document Control
Manage the
flow of project information
and ensure all documents (including drawings, permits, and reports) are accurately filed and updated according to the Project Filing System.
Process and distribute all
incoming and outgoing correspondence
(mail, documents, faxes) promptly to the project team.
Assist in generating and preparing project-related documentation, including letters, reports, and internal documents.
QESH & Compliance Support
Ensure adherence to all required
Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) policies
and related procedures.
Verify compliance with all applicable client, legal, and statutory requirements.
Support the implementation of corrective actions derived from risk and opportunity assessments.
Site Administration & Coordination
Facilitate
effective communication
and coordination among the construction team, subcontractors, and external suppliers.
Provide
purchasing support
to the Project Manager, including recording and issuing office equipment, stationery, and staff provisions.
Manage and monitor
office supplies
to ensure seamless site operations.
Coordinate and schedule project-related activities, meetings, and appointments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
