Your Purpose

As a

Site Continuous Improvement Leader

, you will be the driving force behind Lean Transformation at our site. You'll champion GKN Automotive's Lean roadmap, coaching and influencing teams to embed Lean thinking into every process. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on Lean expert who thrives on building scalable, automated, and high-quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lean Transformation Leadership

: Lead and embed Lean principles across the site.

Continuous Improvement

: Analyze current operations and implement innovative solutions.

Procedural Development

: Improve systems and processes for scalability and reliability.

Project Management

: Deliver improvement projects and report progress to stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.

Experience

: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Operations.
