Job Opening: Site Coordinator (Contract - 3 Months)
Location: Genting Highlands Project Site | Company: Hydro One Marketing Sdn Bhd
Hydro One is Malaysia's leading expert in fiberglass swimming pools and outdoor wellness solutions. We serve residential and commercial clients across the nation, offering innovative, fast-installation pools and whirlpool systems that are redefining luxury living.
We're currently hiring a Site Coordinator to support our project delivery team for a premium whirlpool installation project in Genting Highlands. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction or MEP experience, who can handle the ground-level site coordination during project handover.
Contract Details

• Type: 3-month contract
• Potential: Opportunity to convert to permanent full-time based on performance
• Salary: RM2,200/month
• Meal Allowance: RM15/meal (capped)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (project-based schedule)
• Location: Site-based at Genting Highlands (reporting to Rawang HQ)
• Transport: Must have own vehicle (optional carpool with supervisor)

Responsibilities
Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Attend handover of completed units by the main contractor as Hydro One's site representative
• Record and report any required repairs or touch-up works to our field service team
• Monitor, follow-up and update the unit readiness progress for handover
• Liaise with site supervisor, project admin, and client-side teams
• Ensure all installations are in good condition and functioning properly before handover
• Occasionally assist in simple hands-on site work when required

Who We're Looking For

• At least 1 year experience in construction, outdoor works, or MEP coordination
• Background in project work, preferably with field exposure
• Good communication, time management, and discipline under pressure
• Able to travel daily to Genting Highlands (site-based role)
• Languages: Bahasa (primary), basic English
• Proactive, hands-on, and can represent the company professionally on-site
