• Minimum at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minumum 1 year working experience in related field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates must possess own transport willing to travel.
• Experience in the construction industry and on-site experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong initiative, able to work independently and resilient to pressure.

Responsibilities

• To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project at site.
• Communicate with client or project consultant for project activities.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure all tasks are completed follow with project schedule.
• Managing and monitor on-site workers in ensuring their safety, discipline and attendance and working hour.
• Ensure day-to-day operations on site, and serve as a liaison between on-site workers, contractor, client, effective communication and resolving issue may arise.
• Prepare and generate progression reports for management review.
