Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:



Understanding the overall construction project. Coordinating efforts between various stakeholders and clients. Monitoring project progress and reporting status to management accordingly. Managing project documentation and maintaining project records. Ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time. Managing the quality of work as and when required. Visiting the work site on a regular basis. Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise

Job Requirements:



Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal with diverse stakeholders. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Excellent problem-solving ability A team player with leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
