• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction or equivalent
• Candidate must have at least 3-5 years working experience in Interior Design environment
• Good communication and written skill in Mandarin and English
• Ability to interact with people at all levels
• Willing to work and travel to different location
• Preferred with driving license and have own vehicle to travel to work.
• Willing to work over the weekend during hand over period.
• Able to multi-task at work.

Responsibilities

• Able to plan, monitor and control site activities
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company's projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
• Ensure compliance of safety and health and environment of projects in accordance to authorities' requirement
• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
• Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at constructions sites, lead and liaise with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve problems
• Provide timely reports and feedback to the management
