We are seeking a full-time Site Documentation Clerk to support the Project Management Office. The role involves organizing, validating, digitizing, and integrating documentation for over 7,500 5G sites. Candidates will work onsite at Kuala Lumpur office for an initial three-month period, with a potential three-month extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Validation & Organization
Validate LOO/SLOO, Tenancy Agreements, Fiber UAT, and CME Acceptance documents against internal databases.
Rename and store documents following strict naming conventions.
Maintain systematic filing and tracking systems.
ERP System Integration
Upload validated documents to the ERP system.
Ensure accuracy and consistency with database records.
Digital Transformation
Digitize site acceptance and handover documentation for all 5G sites.
Reporting & Compliance
Generate detailed reports for the Project Management Office.
Ensure documentation in the Workflow Management System is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in data entry, document management, or office administration.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Oracle systems.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Good interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and diligent.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
