Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years on related warehouse (CSA & M&E) construction.
• Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Words, Excel & Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read construction drawings and lead/assign a group of IOWs for site inspection.
• Ability to work well with others & independent in carrying out daily tasks.
• Have CIDB green card.
• Valid license for car / motorcycle.
• 6 days work per week
• Site location: Penang Batu Kawan

• To represent client & consultant to carry out all site coordination on structure / architecture and M&E works.
• To ensure all paper work / records / inspection forms are properly recorded and filled.
• Liaising with contractors, engineers, surveyor & Inspector of Work (IOW) on site coordination.
• Measuring and capture site progress into weekly progress report / monthly report.
• Perform daily coordination & progress meeting with contractors.
• Daily monitoring progress and reporting to clients & consultants.
• Willing to work overtime / to assign to state or site.
