Job Description

Job Scope: \xef\x82\xb7Coordinating and managing the daily activities/scheduling of various construction projects \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for projects assigned to them by Project Managers, General Managers, or Directors \xef\x82\xb7Documentation of civil and structural components of the projects, including but not limited to, drainage works, buildings, civil infrastructure and structures \xef\x82\xb7Conduct any liaison or consultation with statutory authorities or undertakers as necessary to implement the construction of the project \xef\x82\xb7Assist in the preparation of the construction and environmental method statements and other documentation as required in the project planning conditions \xef\x82\xb7Assist in the design and placing of contracts with consultants for technical aspects of the projects \xef\x82\xb7Field inspections to define site conditions, scope of project and inspect construction \xef\x82\xb7Understand and analyze the scope of the project \xef\x82\xb7Consult on where the station could be built and oriented \xef\x82\xb7Station layout options \xef\x82\xb7Preparation of indicative cost estimates and budgets \xef\x82\xb7Assist in the preparation of the project plan including schedule and resource management \xef\x82\xb7Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and respond to technical questions \xef\x82\xb7Define a division of responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7Support client meetings and site visits Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7Construction and field experience highly desired \xef\x82\xb7Adept at the latest versions of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software packages \xef\x82\xb72 years civil engineering experience Location of Work: Site Telupid, Sabah
