Location: Kerja Kerja Meroboh Dan Membina Bangunan Asrama Baharu 4 Tingkat Di Majlis Sukan Negeri Pulau Pinang

Type: Full-time

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Managing parts of construction projects. Overseeing construction work. Preparing site reports and logging progress Preparing Delivery Orders (DO) Counting materials on site. Handling costing. Undertaking surveys. Setting out sites. Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly. Supervising contracted staff. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. At least 2 years of experience in renovation and demolition projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site. Willingness to learn

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
