Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with contracts and statutory requirements.
• Interpret civil and structural engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to guide construction.
• Track work progress, prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, update project schedules, and highlight delays or issues.
• Check material deliveries, verify quantities, ensure materials meet quality standards, and coordinate storage on-site.
• Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on-site; liaise with design engineers and project managers for solutions.
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries, inspection reports, test results, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing documentation for variation orders, contract changes, or design revisions.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project closeout and handover.
