Job Description

Support the project manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the design, procurement, and construction of projects. Interpret and clarify construction drawings, specifications, and ISO standards. Prepare project documents such as schedules, method statements, test plans, and quality assurance plans. Work with various parties to prepare safety-related documents, including permits, emergency contacts, and safety plans. Coordinate manpower, procurement, and delivery of materials and equipment, and manage on-site resources. Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, assess progress, and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with designs and schedules. Maintain records of site activities, including progress and material usage, and collaborate with project managers for successful completion. Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets based on materials, labor, and timelines. Implement coordinated work schedules for construction sites. Ensure adherence to method statements, performance standards, budgets, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements:

Diploma /Bachelor Degree / Civil Engineering/ Building / Construction Management. Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project This position to be based in Kuching, Sarawak
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
