Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate site works with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to meet deadlines. Review and interpret technical drawings for accurate execution. Conduct quality inspections on formwork, reinforcement, concrete, finishing work, raised flooring, and cleanroom-like finishes. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers to resolve technical/site issues. Assist in preparing site measurements, claims, and variation orders. Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil / electrical engineering or equivalent. Relevant experience in construction/electrical works (experience in data center projects will be an added advantage). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong technical knowledge of construction methodology and/or electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.
