Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and schedules. Coordinate with project consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site activities. Prepare and maintain site reports, quality assurance records, and daily progress updates. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies on site. Liaise with the Project Manager and design team to ensure technical details are well communicated and implemented. Attend site meetings and provide updates on construction progress and issues. Monitor and ensure timely completion of assigned sections of work. Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision (high-rise / infrastructure preferred). Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations. Able to work independently under tight deadlines. Willing to be based full-time in Kinabatangan, Sabah.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
