We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into practical, tangible structures while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan construction methods, work schedules, and site setups in coordination with relevant parties.
Identify and arrange site requirements such as site office setup, temporary services, and manpower organization.
Prepare plant, machinery, and material schedules for procurement and purchasing.
Execute and monitor project activities to achieve desired cost, time, and quality targets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Prepare documentation including correspondences, claims, variation orders, and progress reports.
Track site progress and maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, machinery usage, and costs.
Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Supervise, delegate, and guide site staff and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
Ensure environmental protection and pollution prevention measures are implemented effectively.
Verify and review construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Prepare and submit site and progress reports regularly.
Ensure projects run smoothly and are completed within budget, timeframe, and quality expectations.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager or superior.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision and
coordination.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and project management
practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate site teams effectively.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and initiative.

Contract length: 12-18 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
