About the job Site Engineer
The company is an award winning Interior Design firm based in Kuala Lumpur, providing comprehensive turnkey design solutions to residential and commercial clients. Job Responsibilities:
- \xef\xbb\xbfTo provide technical support to ensure site marking and good planning prior to
and drawings. * To Quality Control site works, solve site problems and ensure work flow in sequences.
- Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
- Coordinate with labour & sub-contractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
- Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team.
- To assist in providing practical training, planning or idea to enhance site work flow
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing,
Requirements:
- \xef\xbb\xbfCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
position. * Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking
associates) and Bahasa Malaysia. * Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Must possess own transport.
- Able to work on weekends & overtime according to the site schedule.
