• Oversee on-site activities and ensure the work aligns with plans and designs.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment usage.
• Handle on-site quality control and safety measures.
• Coordinate resources such as materials and equipment.
• Address immediate issues or changes during construction.
• Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
• Attend site and project meeting as required.
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares daily or weekly report of the status of each project.
• To performance maintenance and hands on job.
• Coordinates materials delivery and receipt at project site.
• Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by senior engineer and manager for all site projects.
• Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of on-site activities.
• Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by management when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in service field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication skills, independent, Committed
• Adaptable & willing to travel extensively
• Good in writing of technical report will be advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Preferable mechanical background
• Willing to learn & meticulous
• Willing to travelling
