• Degree / Diploma in Building Management, Civil Engineering, Science / other related discipline
• Additional qualifications and training pertaining to Quality Management is consider essential.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIRED:

• At least 1 - 2 years\' experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal qualities with ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate.

ResponsibilitiesSite Management:\xc2\xb7 Assist in managing and supervising piling operations on construction sites.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.Technical Support:\xc2\xb7 Provide technical assistance to senior engineers and project managers.\xc2\xb7 Help in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and reports.\xc2\xb7 Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.Quality Control:\xc2\xb7 Monitor and inspect piling activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.\xc2\xb7 Identify and report any issues or deviations from the project plan.Documentation:\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and inspection records.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of progress reports and project updates.Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate communication between site teams and the office.Health and Safety:\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.\xc2\xb7 Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the promotion of a safe working environment.Benefitsyou will have the opportunity to be exposed to valuable hands-on experience while working.Additional Benefits
