Job Description

We are looking 2 positions of Site Engineer/ Site Supervisor based in Penang or Klang Valley. The job descriptions as per below:- - To establish site operations. - Preparation and establishing the casting yard. - Approval of materials in conformity of mix-design of concrete. - Proper testing and certification of materials for concreting - Upkeep maintenance and safe custody of moulds. - Daily generation of test reports for each shift and ensure copy to office. - Safe custody of consumables and to maintain proper stocks. - Maintenance of inventory ledger and advise on shipments, material requirements through formats, indents. - Proper supervision of earthwork and regular checking of compaction as per norms. - To follow / supervise erection schedule. - To prepare daily/monthly erection reports and mail copy to Head Office. - To prepare \xe2\x80\x9cErection Statement\xe2\x80\x9d as per billing cycle, ensure quantities approved are entered in measurement book of client and send copy of \xe2\x80\x9cMB\xe2\x80\x9d to finance department for billing. - Provide feedback to reporting manager on various activities of site work and project developments. - Interaction with client / consultant to meet progress of work and engineering requirements. - To ensure quality of construction through coordination with Client and Contractor. - Check certified payments and sort out financial, legal and contractual differences with client at job site level. - Check invoices generated by office. - Assist in collecting payments from Client - Develop and upgrade skills: - Health and Safety management - Task management and execution ability - Strong domain skills, upgrade knowledge - Teamwork - Effective communication and problem solving - Strong Supervision - Maintenance and upkeep, good housekeeping practices - ISO awareness
