Duties and Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating works amongst sub-contractors Checking sub-contractor's works to eliminate mistakes and abortive works. Liaising with consultant's representative at site. Coordinating inspection amongst sub-contractors, consultants. Assisting sub-contractors to solve site problems. Advising sub-contractors on technical matters. Communicating correct and up-to-date construction information between all parties. Keep daily progress records. Attending monthly, weekly and daily sub-contractors meeting. Measuring works done by sub-contractors. Witnessing performance of tests and inspection.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Certificate in Building Technology or Civil Engineering. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 8 years' experience in the construction industry will can also be considered. Age 30 - 50 years' with minimum 4 - 8 years' working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia. Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices. Must be a dynamic, team player, committed and result-oriented. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
