We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join Biocon Biologics as the Site Head for our operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate functions, including finance, general management, government relations, corporate affairs, bank interaction, P&L management, and corporate brand building. The Site Head will play a crucial role in driving the success of our operations in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:
General Management:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the overall success of Biocon Biologics\' operations in Malaysia.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, including production, quality control, supply chain, and other operational functions.

Financial Management:

• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate financial policies.

Government Relations & Corporate Affairs:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Represent Biocon Biologics in industry associations and forums, advocating for the company\'s interests.

Bank Interaction:

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and lenders.
• Work closely with the finance team to optimize banking arrangements and financial services.

Corporate Brand Building:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Biocon Biologics\' corporate brand in the Malaysian market.
• Engage in corporate communication activities to promote the company\'s values, achievements, and contributions.

• 10-15+ years\' experience in general or Site management in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical/Industrial/Manufacturing organisation.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Strong background in finance, with experience in P&L management.
• Demonstrated success in government relations, corporate affairs, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Flexible, high level of integrity, action and goal-oriented.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.

Educational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification: MBA
