Entry-level role at small site(s) in the country, focusing on daily ticket resolution and fleet management in line with standard KPIs.
Supports on-site technology, offering in-person assistance to end users.
Responds to technical support requests via phone calls, emails, and personnel inquiries.
Addresses a variety of user issues, conducting research and resolving technical problems.
Troubleshoots PC hardware, software, LAN, and voice network problems.
Identifies problem sources through user discussions, coordinating with internal IT support, operations groups, and vendors for resolutions.
Acquires, installs and upgrades PC components and software while planning for and responding to service outages.
Proactively monitors computer systems using appropriate tools.
Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a four-year duration.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and providing guidance.
Robust analytical abilities for swift resolution of technical issues, assessment of alternative approaches, and recommendation of cost-effective solutions.
Consistent adherence to company standards and policies.
Effective verbal communication skills, including the capability to document operational procedures.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
Proficiency in English.
Possession of a valid B-class driving license.
