Responsibilities



Preventive Maintenance (PM) Governance



Own end-to-end PM planning & scheduling across all regions. Align PM activities with Region Managers, Team Leaders, Customers, and Head of Field Service Operations. Track PM progress & punch lists; escalate issues promptly. Deliver weekly/monthly PM status reports to Customers and Management (MSCOO). Optimize PM execution by coordinating with site tasks (e.g., AA displays).

Initiative Ownership



Lead and implement field initiatives (e.g., DC cable cut alarm installation, EMF display deployment).

Project Support



Assist ASP Manager with site acceptance activities. Review project documentation (e.g., Site Design Docs/SDD, punch lists). Provide timely progress updates on project milestones.

Requirements



Experience & Knowledge



Proven experience in field operations, particularly in preventive maintenance (PM) planning, execution, and reporting. Solid understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN), Transmission, and Power systems. Familiarity with PM tools and checklist development to support effective maintenance practices. Experience with project support activities including site acceptance and documentation validation is an advantage.

Technical Skills



Ability to manage and interpret PM recording tools and generate accurate reports. Knowledge systems and related alarm management processes. Proficient in preparing and maintaining compliance-related documentation.

Leadership & Communication



Coordination skills to drive operational excellence and lead special initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure alignment across teams. Experience in delivering or coordinating technical training for field teams to enhance skill levels.

Soft Skills



Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
