• A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manageable with related software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

Responsibilities1. Site Management & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• To report site progress for the interim month.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Monitor materials and workmanship to prevent defects or rework.
• To liaise with the QAQC team to manage site quality matters.

3. Budget & Resource Management

• Coordinate the budget with the contract department to ensure cost efficiency is delivered to each task.
• Minimise material wastage at optimum level.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, labour, and equipment.

4. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Report progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
