Report to Project Manager
Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management & budgeting
Monitor work progress and quality control
Plan ahead on construction material, machineries equipment and tools for site use
Liaise and follow up with consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities
Monitor sub-contractors' performance and progress of works and claims.
Ensure all the works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction & etc
Lead and motivate site team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
