Job Position: Site Manager
Company Background: Geotechnical Egineering / Construction
Office: Boon Lay Way, Singapore
Working Hours : 830am ~ 530pm (Mon- Fri), 830am ~1230pm (Sat)
Salary Range: SGD$6,000 ~$9,000 (Gross Salary)
Benefit : Will be disclose in the interview session Job Requirement 1. 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Deep Soil Mixing projects/works;
2.Professional Degree or Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or Construction;
3.Ms Office would be an advantage;
4.Good leadership and decision-making skills based on a good understanding of the situation, knowing the details and thinking end-to-end.
5.Able to have prompt, open and direct communications to manage diverse teams and conditions, with good conflict / dispute resolution skills.
6.Accountable, committed, proactive with initiative and sense of urgency to resolve issues.
7.Has a keen sense of cost consciousness to maximise value for the company.

• Coordinates with client on the work activities.
• Responsible to deliver project productivity to target numbers at project site.
• Responsible to ensure execution of the daily project plans and activities (e.g. rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at project site.
• Responsible to bring to attention and get approval from PM for changes in required resources (e.g. OT, additional manpower or additional equipment).
• Responsible to accurately verify and validate material and equipment deliveries to project site
• Responsible to record accurately and timely manpower / equipment time card.
• Responsible to highlight QA / QC non conformances to Site Engineer.
• Responsible to maintain the good working conditions of the equipment (e.g. planned periodic maintenance i.e. daily, monthly etc\xe2\x80\xa6, down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Responsible to implement HSEQ compliance in execution of projects e.g. Pre-Task Talk, tool box talks, Safe 7, Lifting Plans etc.
• Ensure working platform safety at the project site;
• Develops direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback;
• Ensure full compliance to companies HR policies such as COBC, Site issue for their team.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM18,500.00 - RM28,000.00 per month Benefits:
