Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Site Manager\'s responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, and preparing relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Responsible for all Contract Logistics activities and account management
• 
  Full P&L ownership of all Contract Logistics activities
• 
  Design and implement contract logistics solutions
• 
  Monitor and continuously improve contract logistics operations by implementing standard processes and operation control systems (KPI)
• 
  Creates and monitors the annual budget and initiates corrective actions in case of deviations
• 
  Promotes customer relations, acquires new business, develops the existing client base and leads
• 
  Leads the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing and service offering)
• 
  Creates and executes investment plans in line with the commercial targets for additional facilities and resources
• 
  Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (Acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)
• 
  Monitor all warehouse related reporting and data recording needed to protect the company interest in case of dispute with the customers
• 
  Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers
• 
  Selects, recruits, and reviews the performance of logistics key staff in partnership with HR
• 
  Promotes the development of talent and initiates business unit specific education and training in partnership with HR
• 
  Develop, review, maintain, implement, and ensure ISO compliance for warehouse in partnership with site manager and BE manager
• 
  Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy and procedure in respect of (But not limit to) transport legislation, health and safety, environment and working time regulations.
• 
  Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as when required

• 
  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree
• 
  At least 5 year (s) of hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics
• 
  Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including trade compliance, managing sea and air shipments & import/export operations, procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
• 
  Ability to communicate in local language.
• 
  Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 
  Time management skills and excellent leadership skills.
• 
  Good communication skill is needed
• 
  Skills needed: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams.
