Position: Site Manager (Property Development)
Working Location : Muar, Johor
Salary range: RM 5,000.00 - RM 6,000.00Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Construction Activities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to the project plan.
• Monitor Progress: Track and adjust progress to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise Staff: Manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
• Implement Safety Standards: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly check for quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage Budget: Control site expenditures and manage financial aspects.
• Allocate Resources: Ensure availability and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties.
• Prepare Reports: Document project progress, site logs, and other necessary reports.
• Address Issues: Solve problems and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of site activities and incidents.
• Ensure Environmental Compliance: Adhere to environmental regulations and manage waste.
• Handle Client Requests: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess good C&S and M&E knowledge
• Applicants must be willing to work in Muar.
• Preferably, Managers specializing in property development background
