Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise all site construction activities. Monitor project progress, daily work schedules, and manpower allocation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, site regulations, and company procedures. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update Project Manager on progress. Manage site issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure smooth operations. Oversee material usage, delivery schedules, and site inventory control. Lead toolbox meetings and enforce strict safety practices. Ensure all documentation, drawings, and approvals are updated and adhered to.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in construction site management (building/road works/infrastructure). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction drawings, site planning, and quality control. Familiar with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and site procedures. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to travel/relocate to site if required.

dditional Advantages (Optional)

Experience in civil engineering, roadworks, or infrastructure projects. Ability to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or related software. Valid CIDB Green/Yellow Card, OSHA/NEBOSH certifications.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
