Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.(Those without qualification but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply)
Possessed at least a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Oversee the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Manage and coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
To review and monitor site works productivity and arrange for resources as required.
Attending site meetings and liaising with the project management team for progress updates.
