Job Description

1.

Site Construction Works

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.

- Plan, coordinate, and manage the overall site to ensure work is completed according to required standards and schedules.

- Manage and coordinate construction teams including progress planning, monitoring and updates.

2. Contract and Procurement

- Follow up on contract administration, construction claims and contractual issues.

- Assist in managing budget, ensuring expenditures are within the approved budget.

3. Safety

- Work closely with safety department to enforce safety rules and ensure safety compliances.

- Organize daily safety briefings.

4. QAQC

- Ensure works completed with compliance of client specifications and meet industry standard.

- In progress inspection and address any quality concern.

5. Reporting / Documentation

- Regular update of project status.

- Prepare and submit report.

- Maintain accurate records of daily operations.

- Stock checking and update.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
