Responsible for overall project management including planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.
Lead site engineers in planning, scheduling, construction oversight and coordinating the civil and structural works.
Ensures all construction works are caarried out in right seequence and well- coordinated.
Provide guidance and direction to constrcution workers, subcontractors and other team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulation and policies.
Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
Prepare site daily report and monthly progress report.
Any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficient in mandarin will be an additional advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel & Words
Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, highly organized, proactive, committed and strong negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
