Position: Site Operation Analyst

Location: Damansara Height

Salary: Maximum RM5000

Duration: 1 year contract ( Renewable basis )

Ensure site systems and related sub-systems as well as site network are properly functioning and operating in compliant with industry regulatory

Accountable on system availability of assigned service stations.

Work with vendors of all levels including subcontractor in ensuring daily reported cases are resolved in timely manner.

Monitor proactively system and site health daily, produce daily site health status reports and take necessary actions to prevent outage.

Extract, collate and provide analysis on day-to-day operations, prepare and maintain regular report summary/updates.

Coordinate between M&R contractors/vendors and technology providers for system related activities.

Provide necessary assistance to other groups such as M&R as and when needed.

Coordinate with Cards Operations for system-related issues and concerns and provide feedback on its resolution

Attendto IT-related requests from dealers and Sales and provide appropriate recommendation.

Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the system, operations and processes to achieve efficiency.

Maintain good partnership with relevant groups such as dealers, TMs and working level contractors / vendors

Assists in system implementation, migrations and project rollouts as well as NTIs.

Validade payments related to operations are accurate and ensure timeliness of invoicing and billing by vendors

Ensure proper and prompt documentations and capitalization of site assets.

Establish and enforce problem, incident and change management process in addressing problems, outages and rollout.

Participates in the evaluation of various hardware and software resources of both cards and site systems in identifying strengths and weaknesses.

Provides inputs and suggestions in view of continuous improvement of overall systems.

Attend to IT-related requests from dealers and Sales and provide appropriate recommendation.

Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the system, operations and processes to achieve efficiency.

Assists in system implementation, migrations and project rollouts as well as NTIs.

Validate payments related to operations are accurate and ensure timeliness of invoicing and billing by vendors.

Ensure proper and prompt documentations and capitalization of site assets.

Audit and maintain an up-to-date asset inventory of site systems at every service station as well as support stock availability at vendor\'s facility.

Participate in any capacity during invocation of department\'s Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Custodian of DRP and BCP for Retail IT operations and systems.

Solicit feedbacks from various groups such as Sales on system enhancement and recommend proposal to Retail Systems Lead.

Work closely with internal groups such as Sales and coordinate necessary with external groups such as vendors to ensure the system issues are addressed in timely manner

Ensure Retail IT lab equipment is updated with most current software / hardware and is consistent with version deployed at service stations.

Maintain a complete and up to date system inventory including ancillary items in the lab, vendor\'s lab and any leased-out items.

Develop test script, perform testing and produce test result for any system upgrade, change request and project rollout.

Coordinate the UAT with relevant groups such as Card Operations, Sales, Brands and dealers etc.

Coordinate with vendors/contractors to discuss, follow up and resolve issues and concerns regarding any module comprising systems.

Work closely with relevant groups in resolving operational issues such as disputes and system limitations etc.

Work closely with vendors and operations support personnel in identifying bug fixes, patches, necessary development, UAT and document the rollout procedures.

Develop necessary system procedures, training materials for operations support and end user

Attend and present at outstation dealer meetings

Attend regular meetings by Retail IT and other internal groups

Maintain close partnership with relevant parties such as M&R engineers, TMs and dealers

Audit and maintain an up-to-date asset inventory of site systems at every service station as well as support stock availability at vendor\'s facility

Job Requirements:

At least three (2) years\' experience in card systems, POS systems or any IT system support.

Must have above-average aptitude for computer-related work.

Analytical in troubleshooting and diagnostic.

Creative and innovative in providing recommendations and technical solutions.

Ability to relate technical solutions to business needs and growth.

Capable of leading discussions and presentations with various non-technical groups such as Sales and Brands.

Ability to document and present deliverables to external and internal groups

Ability to adopt to changes and re-prioritize the deliverables accordingly.

Level-headed and professional under pressure.

Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive initiatives.

Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

Understanding and appreciation of information security and risk management.

Ability to apply digital forensic skills.

Understanding and application of personnel security, physical security, network security and systems and application security.

Knowledge in Payment Card Industry (PCI) and EMV standards and requirements is added advantage.

Knowledge and experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.

Knowledge and understanding of enterprise business continuity

Demonstrate experience and competency with Wintel Servers, PCs and PC LANS essential

Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server applications

Knowledge of Cisco networking, telecommunications, LAN and WAN essentials.

Knowledge of configuration, implementation of hardware and software

Knowledge of operating systems and client-server architecture.
