Position:

Site Project Engineer (Construction)

Employment Type:

Full-time (Contract-Based)

Salary

:

RM 2,800 - RM 3,300

per month (allowance excluded)

Responsibilities

Planning and execution of water pipe works.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site inspections and supervise site preparation activities.
Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, supplier, and project teams to achieve milestones.
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments when necessary.
Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate cross-department activities with qs department, finance, and hr teams.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management.
Resolve project site issues in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and other parties.
Provide technical support to the construction team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering registered with BEM and IEM.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to deliver infrastructure or construction projects successfully.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Own transport and willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with local regulations and engineering standards.
