Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/ Mechatronic) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role you to deal with CHINA CLIENTS
• Candidate will be based in either one area of jobsite only Genting Highland / Kuching Sarawak.

Tanggungjawab

• Project preliminaries preparation and project acceptance.
• Monitor installation schedule at site.
• Prepare site planning and coordination of equipement at site.
• Supervise sub-con works at site.
• Attend site meeting and follow up agenda of actions to take.
• Close liaison with various party ie; owner, consultant, architect etc on project assigned for approval or queries ect.
• Liaison with contractor and other sub-contractor regarding site matters.
• Certify sub-con work progress claims for credit control before the 20th every month.
• Attend various internal meetings such as Project meeting, collection meeting, production defect/ delivery meeting ect.
• Weekly site progress or defect report to HOD and highlight any significant issues to HOD for necessary actions.
• Certify sub-con work progress claims for credit control before the 20th every month.
• Preparation for JKKP handover inspection.
• Joint site inspection with sub-con, JQ and maintenance dept. before handover to T&C dept. and JKKP.
• Responsible to do paper works pertaining to project assigned eg: correspondences letter writing, proposal, complaints, quotations etc.
• Responsible for payment collection on project handle.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when needed by project HOD.
• To audit, monitor and report site condition to superior
• Monitor & audit maintenance site
• Provide first line troubleshooting support to technician and subcon
• Attend site technical meeting or other occasion when required e.g Bomba & JKKP Inspection
• Assist site team for technical activities e.g testing & commisioning, monthly servicing
