Job Description

PRE-CONTRACT

1. Assist in preparing documents for tendering works i.e.- Packaging, list of RN proposed by Section (if any)

2. Assist in preparing Build-up Rate (data collection)

3. Preparing NOD and NOE (BQ preparation)

POST-CONTRACT

1. Review and check documentation claims related to quantity, calculation, rates, deduction, overlapping etc.

2. Prepare pro forma invoice and submit to PBT for endorsement and copy to Finance Department for producing invoice after PBT approval

3. Record and reporting on payment matters

4. Attend site valuations together with SV and PBT representative

5. To ensure all rates must refer to SOR or need to prepare build up rate for new items (if any)

6. Prepare Certificate of Payment and summary of interim payment

7. Communicate regularly with contract staff and subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, always understood and followed

8. Responsible in identifying the claim to be submitted to PBT

9. Checking the claim document prepared by Contract Executive

10. Preparing the BQ for AK work at section office

11. Verified all claims after review by the engineer

OTHERS

1. CMMS

2. Negotiate with client due to contractual maters

3. Assist SM in preparing the summary regarding to claim matter

4. Assist SM in monitoring the Contract Executive at section office

5. Any works as instructed by superior.
