Job Description

:Job OverviewEnsuring and administrating projects under Sarawak Coastal & Second Trunk Road are carried out efficiently and effectively as per the contract\'s obligation and requirements. Maintain good quality support and provide contractual & costing input to the project team and HQ to ensure Project interests are represented and risk profiles are managed.Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile all payment timelines from contractors to Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak for the Director of Public Works approval.
• Coordinate between Consultants/Superintending Officer Team/Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak / Variation Order Committee/MTEC for any submission for approval.
• Check and coordinate Extension Of Time (EOT) submission from Opus Project Management Company and related Consultants in terms of sufficiency for further approval (SO / JKRS VO Committee / MTEC).
• Manage document Processing Tracking for Coastal Second Trunk Road Unit Contract Department within the stipulated time.
• Check and prepare an assessment for the Consultant\'s Payment as per the respective Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Consultant Service Agreement (CSA).
• Prepare, check & coordinate Variation of Price (VOP) for all contractors & for Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak perusal.
• Manage Client Satisfaction between Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak, Contractors and other external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years work experience with 5 years relating to Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, contract management, and cost estimation.
