• Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Define, track, and analyze SLOs/SLIs to ensure service reliability.
• Conduct thorough incident post-mortems for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to establish best practices and drive reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, networks, and deployments (including underlying platforms like Kubernetes and VMs).
• Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs, maintaining high service delivery standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Strong foundation in SRE principles (SLOs/SLIs, toil reduction, incident response)
• Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Golang, Java)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with networking concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and frameworks, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

• Minimum Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related technical role (e.g., System Administrator, DevOps Engineer).

• Mandarin fluency is a requirement
