Job Description

: 1. Responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of the basic environment of Shopeepay\'s existing market and new market business 2. Responsible for continuous optimization of operation and maintenance solutions, including but not limited to disaster recovery plans, intelligent scheduling, elastic expansion, refined monitoring, etc. 3. Responsible for sorting out and refining customers\' daily problems and needs, optimizing processing efficiency, and promoting the implementation of customer demands 4. Participate in the review of technical schemes and system design schemes, master relevant technical architecture and principles, be able to actively identify scheme risks from the perspective of operation and maintenance architecture, and provide professional solutions 5. Establish and improve a standardized operation and maintenance system to ensure the reliable, safe and stable operation of the production system 6. Continuously develop and explore operation and maintenance automation and various innovative approaches to realize the automation of the entire operation and maintenance process, shorten the operation and maintenance response time, and reduce the operation and maintenance cost 7. Improve the professionalism of the front-line service team through training, knowledge base construction, tool platform construction, process optimization and other means 8. Responsible for communicating with the local operation team, product team, compliance team and R&D team on docking requirements (default is English) 9. Responsible for the 7.24 monitoring and response of online services, and solve various problems encountered in operation. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, computer and related majors, more than 3 years of work experience 2. Have solid basic computer skills, familiar with linux operating system, familiar with basic data structure, familiar with basic network knowledge 3. Those who are familiar with VM/Docker/k8s container platform and related underlying technologies and principles are preferred 4. Familiar with the deployment and use of various middleware (such as LVS/Nginx/Haproxy/MySQL/DNS/Redis/Kafka/ kibana/etcd /Prometheus/Grafana/zookeeper, etc.) 5. Familiar with Jenkins, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence (wiki), have practical experience in CI/CD process formulation and integration 6. Familiar with the use of common cloud platforms, such as GCP, Tencent Cloud, etc. 7. Familiar with and good at any one of scripting languages such as Python, go, shell, etc., familiar with SQL language, and proficient in using scripts to complete daily system operation and maintenance work 8. Have a sense of responsibility, be proactive in work, willing to continue learning, strong in stress resistance, good service awareness and teamwork spirit 9. It is required that the English ability can be used in daily work communication and document reading and writing. 10. Work location: Singapore.
