We are excited to announce an excellent career opportunity within our dynamic and growing organization. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join us as a Site Safety Office at our Construction Project in Taman Tasik Utama, Melaka.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of OSH Policies and programs
• Ensure that all activities at the project site comply with all safety-related regulations
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Review existing policies and measure and update them according to legislation
• Monitor the work of subcontractor in regards Safety & Health to identify issues or non-compliance
• Stop any unsafe act or unsafe conditions that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate any incident and accident at the site to determine causes and prevent reoccurrence
• Coordinate safety & health meeting and act as secretary for the safety & health committee
• Carry out regular site safety inspections and safety & health meetings
• Prepare and submit monthly report to the Project Manager on safety & health at workplace
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure that any safety & health matters is attended to and resolved promptly and prudently
• Responsible for the upkeep of documentation of the relevant safety & health documents and data
• Comply and implement the Company\xe2\x80\x99s QMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015), Site Safety and Environment Policy and Objectives.

• Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Must possess a valid Green Book issued by JKKP
• At least 2-3 working experience in the related field
• Strong knowledge in Environment, Safety & Health (HSE) regulations and legal requirement
• Occupational Safety and Health Risk Assessment
• Good knowledge in (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015)
