Job Description

What You'll Do:

Conduct safety inspections, safety patrols, and intervention of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts to correct the hazardous conditions in the workplace. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety induction. Ensure the provisions of the act and any regulation (OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967) made there under are complied with. Promote safe conduct of work, ensure personal protective equipment is worn and rectify hazardous construction methods. Ensure completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations. Ensure that all accidents are reported, documented, investigated and recommended improvement actions. Implement safety activities according to the required Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and ISO standards. Travel to project sites for safety monitoring and coverage when required.

What You'll Need:

Valid Yellow Book (SSS) registration with DOSH. First Aid Certificate & NIOSH Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP). Proficient in Microsoft Office; other safety-related courses are an advantage. Candidates available to start immediately will be prioritized. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in site safety supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
