We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)
to join our team for theIntel PG12 project
in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture on site, and work closely with Exyte's HSE team and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment throughout the project duration.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce the site's
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
policies in accordance withExyte
and client standards. Conductdaily site inspections
and ensure all safety measures are in place before work begins. Identify potential hazards, issuenon-conformance reports (NCRs)
where applicable, and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare and submitdaily safety reports
,toolbox meeting records
, andincident/near-miss reports
. Coordinatesafety inductions
,training sessions
, and ensure all personnel comply with PPE requirements. Liaise with Exyte's HSE representatives, subcontractors, and client safety teams to ensure smooth communication and compliance. Participate actively insafety audits
,emergency drills
, andsite safety meetings
. Promote continuous safety awareness among all site personnel through consistent monitoring and engagement.Requirements:
Possess a valid
Yellow Book (JKKP Registered Site Safety Supervisor)
. Minimum3 years of relevant experience
in construction or industrial project environments. Prior experience working onsemiconductor or cleanroom projects
is highly advantageous. Good understanding ofOSHA 1994
,FMA 1967
, and other Malaysian safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to work on active construction sites.Additional Advantage / Bonus:
Candidates who have previously worked with Exyte projects will be given priority consideration.
