Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards or unsafe practices. Ensure compliance with the company's Safety and Health Policy, project HSE plan, and relevant legislation. Report and record all incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inductions for all workers and subcontractors. Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Permit to Work (PTW) documentation. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure all workers comply with safety requirements. Coordinate emergency drills and ensure proper signage, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are in place. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities (e.g., DOSH, CIDB, JKKP) on safety matters. Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections. Stop any unsafe work immediately and report to the site management.
