JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for advice in overall related to Safety, Health and Environmental issues at Project Site and Office. To advise the project team staff in Planning, Implementation and Supervision of Safety Matters at Project Site.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect, plan, implement and oversee the safety of personnel on site

2. Ensure all the operation workplace is conformed to Safety & Health requirements and maintain at high safety standards

3. Advise Project Team how to Prevent from any accident, near miss, unsafe act and condition, injury from arise at workplace

4. Prepare and maintain all safety & health related documentation at Project Site & Office.

5. Investigate and record hazards, accidents, injuries, and health issues within workplace

6. Lead toolbox meeting on regular basis, ensure all staff are in compliance with safety & health regulations

7. Advise Project Team to improve safety performance in the details of the work they perform

8. Organize, prepare, and conduct in training programs related to safety and health emergency response team

9. Update activities regarding safety and health, tools inspection, and site inspection fortnightly.

10. Pre-inspect (randomly) and ensure all the machineries policies, procedure and instructions are comply with JKKP regulations

11. Prepare the findings report, documents, and forms to Project Team & Contractors

12. Record keeping for all documentation pertaining to safety and health matters

13. Take lead in any site issues and matter arise

14. Develop and implement company programs and policies as they relate to the safety

15. Control safety and health documents following the company ISO

16. To be a Member in Company's OSH Committee.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Candidate must at least yellow book holder

Registered with DOSH with a green book holder (Valid)

At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Must be dynamic, pro-active, hardworking and punctual

Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level management

Able to work independently

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
