• Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction/environment for both safety and administration
• Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Minimum supervision.
• Work irregular hours to accomplish urgent shipment and/or pending assignments, when requested.

Responsibilities

• To comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act and DOE and its laws & regulations
• Provide support for safety committee and work as liaison with Health, Safety & Environment related contractors.
• Follow up on safety issues brought up from site activities.
• To prepare/ review Safety, Health Environment SOP, S&H Project Plan, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control, and monitor the implementation and enforcement of safety and environmental issues on site.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for quick reference and retrieval of important documentation during inspection by internal/external auditor.
• Assist in preparing and delivering HSE training.
• Prepare and submit Safety, Health & Environment Monthly Reports.
• In-house training/induction/briefing to employee/ visitor & Safety briefing/tool-box meeting for contractor.
• Adhere to all company regulations punctuality, attire and discipline
• Coordinate with the client representative and Site In-charge for inspection
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submitter to client.
